1. Initial design consultation.

2. Supply a proposal for the design phase.

3. Sign-up on the design phase.

4. Create the design, and with that finalized we determine if any city permits, and or permits plans are required for any special work scope.

5. We supply a proposal for any city permit(s) & submissions neede based on designs scope of work.

​

6. We get city permit(s) plans done, submitted to, and approved by the city.

​

7. We supply an installation bid for your project upon completion of design / city plans if required.

​

8. We project manage and build your dream home.

​

9. Final walk-through to better educate you on maintaining your new project.

​

10. Time to celebrate with family and friends.
